Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Your first order of Longevity Synergy is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of that first order.
How to request a refund
Email care@grandevitylife.com with your order number. We'll reply with next steps, including whether you need to send the bottle back. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first order, whether that's the first month of your GRANDEVITY Reserve membership or a one-time purchase.
- Later membership renewals are not covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel anytime before your next renewal. See our Purchase options cancellation policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
