Ambassador Toolbox
Everything you need to share it well.
You already know how you talk about GRANDEVITY. This page gives you the wording our compliance team has reviewed, the disclosure lines the law requires, the facts you'll be asked for, and how you get paid. When something isn't covered here, ask us before you post.
Start Here
Three rules that keep you out of most trouble.
These cover the situations that come up most often. They don't cover everything — when you're not sure, ask before you post.
Rule One
Say you earn a commission.
Every time you mention GRANDEVITY publicly, say that you earn a commission — in those words. Not "partner," not "collab," not "ambassador" on its own. Put it where someone reads it before they decide, not buried at the bottom.
Rule Two
Talk about support, never cure.
GRANDEVITY supports how a healthy body already works. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent anything. Never name a disease, a diagnosis, or a symptom in the same breath as this product.
Rule Three
Only your own words, only your own experience.
Never post an experience you haven't had, and never suggest someone else will get your result. Never say what anyone can earn. Your story is yours — it isn't a forecast for anybody else.
Approved Language
Say this. Not that.
The difference between a claim we can stand behind and one that creates real legal exposure is often a single word. Here is the line.
Safe to say
- Supports healthy energy production†
- Helps maintain cardiovascular health already within a normal range†
- Supports the body's own antioxidant defenses†
- Promotes cellular renewal†
- Helps maintain healthy cognitive function†
- Supports restful sleep as part of a healthy nightly routine†
- Eight botanicals chosen to work across five longevity pathways
- Formulated by a board-certified cardiologist and a longevity coach
- Third-party tested, non-GMO, made in the U.S.A.
Never say
- Lowers blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, or any number it moves
- Diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, heals, prevents, or reverses anything
- Reverses aging, or turns back the clock
- Helps with any named condition — arthritis, diabetes, dementia, cancer, menopause, depression
- Anything about weight loss, immunity, or "boosting" the immune system
- That it changes something measurable inside you — "lengthens your telomeres," "activates your sirtuins," "switches on AMPK," "lowers inflammation markers"
- Replaces, reduces, or lets someone adjust a medication
- That it's safe for everyone, has no side effects, or "can't hurt you"
- That it's right for anyone pregnant, nursing, or under 18
- FDA-approved, FDA-endorsed, or doctor-recommended for a diagnosis
- Guaranteed, proven, or clinically proven to work for you
- Anything about money — see Getting Paid below
- Before-and-after photos framed as a symptom or condition improving
The test that catches almost everything
Read your sentence back and ask: am I describing how a healthy body works, or am I describing a medical problem getting better? The first is fine. The second is a disease claim, no matter how gently it's worded — and it's still a disease claim if you only imply it with a photo, a hashtag, or a story about your diagnosis.
On the five pathways: you may name them and say the formula was built to support them. You may not say it does something measurable to them. "Formulated to support five longevity pathways, including telomere support"† is fine. "It lengthens your telomeres" is not.
On "FDA registered facility": that means the facility is registered with the FDA. It does not mean the FDA approved, tested, or endorsed this product. Never say or imply that it did.
Whenever you make a claim about what the product supports, add the dagger and the disclaimer. Copy it from the bottom of this page.
†These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Disclosure Lines
Copy these word for word.
Use one of these any time you mention GRANDEVITY publicly — with a link or without one, in a post, a comment, a DM, or a group. It's the commission relationship that has to be disclosed, not the link. Put it at the top of a caption or the start of a message, where it can't be missed.
#ad I'm a GRANDEVITY Ambassador and I earn a commission if you buy through my link.
Quick heads up: I'm a GRANDEVITY Ambassador, so I earn a commission if you order through my link.
Leave the on-screen text up long enough to read, at least three seconds. Assume the sound is off — most people watch muted, so spoken-only doesn't count.
A note on transparency: I'm an ambassador for GRANDEVITY, and I earn a commission on orders placed through my link. I share it because I take it myself, not because of the commission.
Full disclosure — I'm a GRANDEVITY Ambassador and I earn a commission if you order through me.
Worth saying: I'm a GRANDEVITY Ambassador and I earn a commission when people order through me.
Three ways people get this wrong
Burying it. A disclosure at the end of thirty hashtags doesn't count. It has to be where someone reads it before they decide.
Being vague. "Partner," "collab," "ambassador" on its own, or "thanks GRANDEVITY" aren't clear enough. Say that you earn a commission.
Saying it once. Every post, every story, every time. It doesn't carry over from yesterday, it doesn't live in your bio, and it doesn't carry across platforms.
If you are a licensed clinician or hold a health credential
Do not share your link with your own patients or clients. Selling a supplement to someone you treat raises conflict-of-interest, self-referral, and kickback issues that a disclosure line does not fix, and your licensing board's rules control — not ours.
For anyone outside your practice, use the standard disclosure and add: "I'm speaking as a GRANDEVITY Ambassador, not in my professional capacity, and this is not medical advice." Email ambassadors@grandevitylife.com before you post anything that references your credential.
Leaving Reviews
The rules here are stricter.
Reviews carry federal penalties per review, so this is the one place where a casual mistake gets expensive. If you leave a review anywhere — our site, Amazon, Trustpilot, a Facebook group, Reddit — these apply.
Always
- Say inside the review itself that you're a GRANDEVITY Ambassador and earn a commission — in the review body, not your profile bio
- Review only a product you've actually used
- Write in your own words about your own experience
Never
- Post a review of something you haven't used
- Post more than one review, or review under another name
- Ask anyone — friends, family, customers — to take down a negative review
- Have someone else write or post a review for you
- Include any claim from the "Never say" list above
Post Frameworks
Frameworks, not scripts.
The fixed parts — the disclosure, the product facts, the disclaimer — are reviewed and should be used exactly as written. The bracketed parts are yours to fill in.
Read this before you use them
The personal sections must be your own words about your own experience. Posting an experience you have not had is a violation of federal law and of your Ambassador Agreement, and the penalty falls on you personally. We deliberately have not written those parts for you.

Aging isn't one process, which is why addressing one thing at a time so often feels like nothing happened.
Five master pathways move together. Longevity Synergy was built to support all five at once rather than adding another single-purpose bottle to the shelf.†

I'm not going to tell you how it'll make you feel. Everybody's different, and I'd rather not promise you something I can't.

Talking about your own experience
Don't post "results." You can say what you've noticed — "I've been taking it since March and I like how my mornings feel." You cannot post anything framed as an outcome: a measurement, a before-and-after, a number off a wearable or a lab report, or a timeline someone else should expect.
We have no efficacy data on typical results, which means no disclaimer makes a results claim safe — including "results may vary." The only safe move is not to frame it as a result.
If you use a photo of yourself, it can't be framed as a symptom or a condition improving.
Longevity Synergy Benefits
The two-minute video, ready to send.
This is the same video on our home page, and it is the fastest way to explain Longevity Synergy to someone. Two minutes covers the eight botanicals, the five longevity pathways, and why one capsule instead of six — in Dr. Mark and Veronica's own words, already reviewed. Send it first, then answer questions.†

This is two minutes and it explains Longevity Synergy better than I can. Eight botanicals, five longevity pathways, one capsule in the morning, formulated by a board-certified cardiologist and a longevity coach.†

Sharing the video the right way
The disclosure still applies. Sending the video is mentioning GRANDEVITY. Put a disclosure line above the link — in the caption, the text, or the DM — every time, even when you add no words of your own.
Send it whole. Don't clip it, re-cut it, speed it up, or lay music or text over it. It was reviewed as one piece, and a shortened version isn't approved. If you want to use one part on its own, email us first.
Don't add a claim on top of it. "This explains it better than I can" is fine. A promise about what it will do for the person watching is not — see Approved Language above.
Pair it with your Kwik link. The video link alone doesn't track a referral to you.

Getting Paid
How the commission works.
Your referrals and payouts are tracked through Kwik, our rewards platform. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.
The terms
- 25% commission on every sale you refer
- A 90-day attribution window, so you still get credit if someone takes their time deciding
- Paid daily into your e-wallet
- No minimum payout
- Free to join
Getting set up
- Create your Kwik account — that's where your link lives
- Share that link, and only that link, so your referrals track
- Questions about a payout go to Kwik; questions about the product come to us
- Commissions are self-employment income — set some aside for taxes
Never make an earnings claim — this one ends memberships
Don't say or show anything about money you make, or money someone else could make. That includes a figure, a range, a screenshot of your dashboard, e-wallet, or a payout notification, a lifestyle post tied to GRANDEVITY income, "residual income," "financial freedom," "replace your paycheck," or "ask me how."
The 25% rate is a fact you may state. What anyone earns from it is not — that depends entirely on the sales they bring in, and promising otherwise creates serious legal exposure for you and for us.

Following this page is a safe starting point, not a transfer of responsibility. You're an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of GRANDEVITY Life, and you're personally responsible for what you post. These requirements are part of your Ambassador Agreement. We review ambassador content and will ask you to remove posts that don't follow this page; repeated violations end your participation.
Don't run paid ads for GRANDEVITY, bid on the brand name in search, or build sites that look like ours, without written permission from us first.

Founders' Disclosure. Dr. Mark Gordon and Veronica Davis Gordon are co-founders and owners of Grandevity Life. They hold a financial interest in the company and are compensated from the sale of the products discussed here. This applies wherever they appear on behalf of GRANDEVITY — including this page, the founders' video, other pages of this website, emails, social media posts, advertisements, and any promotional or ambassador-facing material. All such material is promotional as well as educational, and reflects their personal views as owners of the company.
This Is Not Medical Advice. Dr. Gordon is speaking as a company founder and owner, not as your physician. Nothing in this video, on this website, or in any other GRANDEVITY material creates a doctor-patient relationship, and nothing here is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk with your own licensed healthcare provider before starting any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, take prescription medication (including blood thinners, blood-pressure, or diabetes medication), have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery.
Individual Results Vary. Any experiences described are personal to the individual sharing them and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Longevity Synergy is a dietary supplement intended to support general wellness; it is not a substitute for a healthy diet, exercise, sleep, or medical care.
Income Disclosure. The GRANDEVITY Ambassador Program is newly launched and has no earnings history. Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, and earn commissions only on products they actually sell. Because the program is new, no average or typical earnings data yet exists, and we make no representation, guarantee, or projection that you will earn any particular amount — or any income at all. Many participants in programs of this kind earn little or no income. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, time invested, and market conditions. We will publish an Income Disclosure Statement with actual earnings data once the program has sufficient history to report.
Ambassador Statements. Statements and opinions expressed by individual Ambassadors are their own and have not been reviewed or approved by GRANDEVITY Life. Ambassadors are independent and are not authorized to make claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, or to promise specific health or financial results.
For Ambassador Use. This material is provided as-is. Do not edit, re-cut, re-caption, excerpt, or alter any GRANDEVITY video, image, graphic, or written copy, and do not remove or separate these disclosures when you share it. When you post to social media, put the disclosure in the caption itself — not only in a comment or behind a “more” link. Making your own claims about GRANDEVITY products or income violates your Ambassador Agreement.
